Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders based on picking tickets and packing slips.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and periodic audits to maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with 5S safety standards.
- Operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory status.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety targets.
- Assist in maintaining proper labeling and documentation for all shipments.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred, but we offer on-the-job training for the right candidates.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
