Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts (reach trucks) and pallet jacks, in a safe and compliant manner.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S safety standards.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to our clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
- Valid forklift certification (Class A or B) is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
