Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks.
- Organize inventory in the warehouse to ensure easy accessibility and accurate stock levels.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages, discrepancies, and quality control.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock and update digital records.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and throughput quotas.
- Perform cycle counts and stock reconciliation as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (comprehensive training provided).
