Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport merchandise safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock organization using WMS systems.
- Pack, label, and prepare packages for shipment with precision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Handle merchandise damage or discrepancies immediately and report them.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) is essential.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
