Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock checks to maintain 100% accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse environment is organized, clean, and safe at all times, strictly adhering to safety protocols.
- Load and unload freight trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided upon hire).
- Operate handheld scanners and computer terminals to process shipments accurately and quickly.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and unwavering commitment to safety standards.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional overtime.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
