Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks and containers using proper equipment and techniques.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels and conducting stock counts.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and free of hazards.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Friday through Sunday (Weekend Shift).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and order processing.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- License: Forklift certification is highly preferred.
