Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, organize, and stage merchandise for shipment or storage.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Operate material handling equipment within OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging data.
- Strong attention to detail and safety consciousness.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions (if outdoor dock work).
