Responsibilities
- Freight Handling: Safely load and unload freight trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 100% order accuracy and timely delivery.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, perform cycle counts, and manage stock rotation to maintain inventory integrity.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines, company protocols, and maintain a clean workspace.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets quality standards before shipment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus; however, we provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Valid ID: Must possess a valid US driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in both data entry and physical handling of goods.
