Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts (training provided).
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Ensure the warehouse environment remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to the workplace.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
