Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials to and from storage areas, production lines, and loading docks.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and manage stock rotation to ensure product freshness.
- Pack, label, and prepare shipments for delivery using appropriate packaging materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Assist in organizing warehouse aisles and ensuring proper labeling of goods.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Forklift certification is highly desirable.
- Basic computer proficiency for scanning and inventory tracking software.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
