Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely pick, pack, and ship products to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse management system.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners (training provided if certified).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and logistics coordinators to streamline warehouse operations.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly workspace to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor preferred.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Certification: Valid Forklift Operator Certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and a positive work history.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory counts.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
