Responsibilities
- Fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently by picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in accordance with safety protocols.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality control standards are met.
- Maintain a tidy and organized warehouse workspace to ensure safety and operational efficiency.
- Assist in inventory management processes, including cycle counting and stock organization.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (on-the-job training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and accuracy.
