Responsibilities
- Load and Unload:** Safely and efficiently move products from delivery trucks to storage areas and back.
- Inventory Organization:** Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment; locate and retrieve items as needed.
- Picking and Packing:** Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using scanners and warehouse equipment.
- Safety Compliance:** Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Equipment Operation:** Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (after certification), and other warehouse machinery as trained.
- Quality Assurance:** Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure accurate documentation.
- Team Collaboration:** Work closely with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to read labels, follow instructions, and spot discrepancies.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Basic English skills for clear communication with supervisors and team members.
- Background Check: Must be able to pass a standard background check and drug screen.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; no prior warehouse experience required.
