Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders to ensure customer satisfaction and meet daily targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times to prevent accidents.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing merchandise to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and cycle counting.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and resolve operational challenges.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills are required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility is mandatory.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
