Responsibilities
- Perform picking, packing, and shipping tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper storage and organization.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Load and unload trucks safely using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required; we train all new hires.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for scanning and inventory management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
