Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and move products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Control: Perform cycle counts, stock verification, and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling to prevent damage.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe by adhering to 5S standards.
- Overtime Support: Assist in covering peak seasons and busy periods by working additional shifts when required.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Physical Fitness: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a standard background check and drug screening.
- Availability: Must be available for overtime and weekend shifts to meet business demands.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
