The Role
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our distribution center runs smoothly. You will be responsible for managing inventory, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining a safe workspace.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory with accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Organize stockrooms to ensure easy access and inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
- Report damaged goods or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
