Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain organized stockrooms to ensure product availability.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with speed and precision to meet shipping deadlines.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of warehouse equipment to ensure safety compliance.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Documentation: Accurately complete daily logs, reports, and paperwork related to shipments and inventory.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and possess a strong work ethic with the ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
