Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory with accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits regularly.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks using proper handling techniques.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Forklift certification (Preferred but not required for entry-level roles).
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
