Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to move inventory within the warehouse.
- Picking and Packing: Efficiently fulfill customer orders by locating, picking, and accurately packing items to meet strict quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks, cycle counts, and maintain accurate inventory records using our WMS.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations, wear proper PPE, and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Receiving and Shipping: Process incoming shipments and prepare outbound pallets for truck loading during the night shift.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to ensure operational goals are met.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work overnight shifts (typically 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required as we offer paid training.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to read labels, follow instructions, and maintain accuracy under time pressure.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license is required for driving stock trucks or forklift certification.
