Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Freight: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers using appropriate equipment.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Forklift Operation: Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials efficiently.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with warehouse staff to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Experience: Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Certification: Forklift certification is a plus.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
