What You'll Do:
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using various material handling equipment.
- Verify product accuracy against shipping orders to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times, adhering to OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
- Assist in inventory control and stock rotation as required.

Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers, trucks, and containers efficiently.
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks safely.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or discrepancies.
- Package and label items according to shipping guidelines.
- Keep the warehouse floor clear of debris and hazards.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, stocking, or logistics is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is highly desirable.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
