Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks, pallets, and containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Package and label goods according to company standards to prevent damage during transit.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Assist in inventory counting and stock rotation (FIFO).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push heavy objects weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Basic math skills for counting and weighing items.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if required.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license (optional but preferred for some roles).
