Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks, trailers, and cargo vans safely and efficiently.
- Stack and organize pallets in designated storage areas to ensure proper inventory management.
- Operate material handling equipment such as hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies and report issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Follow all company safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience is required; we value attitude and work ethic over experience.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counts and ticket scanning.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with varying shift schedules.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the US.
