Responsibilities
- Pack, seal, and label products accurately according to customer orders to ensure safe delivery.
- Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to process inventory with precision.
- Inspect items for quality control and report any damages or discrepancies immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and throughput targets.
- Load packages securely onto pallets, shelves, or shipping carts.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred (on-the-job training provided).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
