Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Goods: Safely load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Verification: Scan items and verify shipping documents to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing products for damage or defects before processing.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and warehouse protocols to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure smooth operations.
- Team Coordination: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to meet daily productivity goals.
- Equipment Care: Properly operate and perform basic maintenance on warehouse machinery.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We provide full training for all new hires; prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and willing to work a consistent schedule.
