As a Warehouse Loader, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, ensuring that products are handled with care and delivered on time. We are looking for individuals who are hardworking, reliable, and ready to hit the ground running.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks, railcars, and shipping containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize, stack, and secure cargo to ensure safety and prevent damage during transit.
- Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments by checking labels, quantities, and product quality.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and perform routine maintenance checks.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counts and stock organization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50-75 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with handheld scanners (RF guns) is a plus.
- Valid driver's license (if operating a company vehicle) and a clean driving record.
