Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently load and unload freight from delivery trucks and shipping containers using appropriate equipment.
- Verify incoming and outgoing merchandise against bills of lading to ensure accuracy.
- Operate handheld scanning devices and warehouse management systems to track inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and safety targets.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanning equipment is a plus.
- Valid state ID or Driver's License required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
