Responsibilities
- Load/unload freight with efficiency and accuracy using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling
- Inspect goods for damage and report discrepancies immediately
- Maintain organized inventory in staging areas and storage zones
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and adhere to OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Complete required documentation and digital tracking systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Valid California driver's license (forklift certification a plus)
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Reliable transportation to Anaheim facility
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
