Responsibilities
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing freight onto and from trailers, pallets, and trucks.
- Verify quantities of goods against bills of lading, ensuring accuracy and minimizing errors.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Inspect products for damage or defects during the loading process and report issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse operations and meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
