Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Sort, stack, and organize products in the warehouse according to established safety and inventory guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Inspect merchandise for damage and report any discrepancies to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
