Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Ensure all items are correctly labeled, sealed, and staged for shipping according to safety guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform regular inventory counts and report any discrepancies immediately.
- Load and unload trailers using dollies, pallet jacks, or forklifts as required.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move products weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory accuracy and order verification.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
