Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners and digital picking systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory counts and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with packers and shipping teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic math skills and comfort with inventory management systems
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance record
