Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack merchandise according to customer orders and pick lists.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure packaging is secure for shipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and efficiency goals.
- Load and unload trucks as required during shift changes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to read and comprehend basic written instructions and safety guidelines.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
