Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Inspect products for damage and report any issues to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyors (certification provided).
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is secured properly for safe transport.
- Keep inventory records up to date and assist with cycle counts as required.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and shipping deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
