Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using handheld scanners and RF equipment.
- Ensure all items are labeled correctly and meet quality control standards before leaving the facility.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and reduce order processing times.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently when required.
- Verify inventory counts and report discrepancies to management immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices (RF guns).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse setting.
