Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Inspect items for damage or quality issues before packing to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure accurate inventory counts and timely order fulfillment.
- Load and unload trailers safely using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment.
