Responsibilities
- Select and retrieve merchandise using handheld RF scanners (RF Guns) accurately.
- Inspect items for quality and damages before packing.
- Package goods securely and label shipments according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load pallets or boxes onto trucks for outbound delivery.
- Verify order accuracy and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld devices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Valid state-issued ID or driver's license.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required (we train).
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
