Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick and verify merchandise from warehouse shelves using handheld scanners and RF guns.
- Prepare items for shipment by boxing, labeling, and staging them for delivery.
- Ensure accurate inventory counts and update warehouse management systems in real-time.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and accuracy goals.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn warehouse software or scanning tools quickly.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
- Reliable transportation and a consistent work history.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
