Responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders with 99.9% accuracy using handheld RF scanners.
- Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) and forklifts safely and efficiently.
- Inspect products for damage or defects before shipping.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily and weekly KPIs.
- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Valid forklift certification (will train if no prior experience).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
