Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Implement lean principles to optimize inventory management and reduce operational costs
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates through remote/on-site supervision
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company protocols
- Coordinate with remote logistics teams for seamless supply chain integration
- Utilize WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking and reporting
- Conduct performance reviews and develop continuous improvement plans
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in distribution/logistics
- Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Excellent communication abilities for remote team coordination
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
