- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Manage and mentor 10-15 team members, ensuring productivity and compliance
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA standards across all operations
- Optimize inventory control systems to minimize costs and maximize accuracy
- Coordinate with transportation and purchasing teams for seamless logistics flow
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- Proven expertise in inventory control systems (WMS) and lean methodologies
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety management credentials
- Strong leadership skills with ability to train and develop staff
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
