Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and handheld RF scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Assist in inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new technology quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and a positive work attitude.
