Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (Forklift/Pallet Jack) safely and according to guidelines.
- Scan barcodes and verify product information using handheld scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner to ensure on-time delivery.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for scanning, inventory checks, and data entry.
- High school diploma or GED preferred; on-the-job training provided.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
