Responsibilities
- Efficiently locate and retrieve merchandise from warehouse shelves using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Accurately pick and pack orders to ensure 100% order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, safely and correctly.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, picking, or logistics role is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
