What You'll Do
You will be responsible for managing inventory and preparing orders for shipment. Attention to detail is crucial to ensure every package leaves our facility in perfect condition.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders using RF scanners and handheld devices with 99% accuracy.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper labeling before shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring proper weight distribution.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety targets.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies regarding material handling.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled environment.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
