Responsibilities
- Locate and retrieve merchandise using pick tickets and RF scanners.
- Pack, label, and prepare items for shipment according to safety standards.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to prevent accidents.
- Verify accuracy of orders to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for picking tickets.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (we train!).
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
