Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Lead a team of warehouse associates through training, scheduling, and performance management
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to ensure OSHA compliance
- Optimize inventory control systems and conduct regular cycle counts
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
- Manage equipment maintenance and ensure proper handling of materials
- Prepare reports on productivity, inventory accuracy, and operational metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse supervisory experience in logistics/supply chain
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety standards
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Forklift certification required
