Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 team members, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Oversee receiving, inventory control, and shipping operations
- Implement lean practices to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe work environment
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system audits
- Coordinate with transportation and sales departments for seamless operations
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse supervision experience in fast-paced environment
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient with WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or Manhattan Active)
- Forklift certification and material handling expertise
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
