Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping activities
- Manage and mentor team of 10+ warehouse associates to ensure peak performance
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize inventory control systems and conduct regular audits
- Coordinate with transportation teams for efficient logistics scheduling
- Resolve operational challenges and process improvements
- Generate performance reports for senior leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in fast-paced environments
- OSHA certification and strong safety management background
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification and equipment operation expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours
